What happens if I lose my phone? Is my Trov data secure?

We strongly recommend that you secure all your mobile devices with a passcode whether you have a Trov account or not. A passcode on your device is the first line of defence to protect ALL your personal information. In the unfortunate situation where your phone is lost or stolen, we recommend you reset your Trov passcode by signing into your account on another phone or computer.

Your Trov account is protected with a secure password of your choice. On the web your password must contain at least 9 characters containing uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character. You can create a 4 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) in the iOS app by going to your Settings. Users operating on a compatible device also have the option to create a Touch ID passcode which will allow them to access their Trov using a fingerprint scan.
