When you turn off protection, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any protection you have already paid for and not used.
We will process your refund at the end of the month or apply the refund to any new protection you purchase in the remaining days of the month. If no new protection is purchased in the remaining days of the month, we will process your refund.
Optionally, when you turn off protection, you can request your refund balance be returned immediately or at any other time through the Trov application and we will process your refund to your payment method on file. When processed, refunds can take up to five (5) working days to arrive in your nominated account.
