How will I be refunded if I turn off protection?

If you are still paying for protection and turn off protection, you will receive a pro-rated refund for unused protection in that calendar month. Refunds are processed automatically. Please allow 3-5 working days for these to be returned to your payment method.

If you do not see a refund in your account within 5 working days, please let us know by emailing support@trov.com and we’ll look into it.
