How can I make a claim?

You can submit a claim via the Trov mobile app or on the Trov website.


When in the mobile app, tap the “Claim” button in your protected item summary or swipe right on a protected item from the My Trōv View.


You’ll be guided to share details on what happened in order to submit your claim through the in-app chat. Once your claim has been submitted, our experienced claims team will get back to you with next steps. (not sure until when will we allow customers to submit a claim via my.trov.com)
