We discovered a minor bug for a small group of Trov iOS users that was affecting their ability to create accounts and log in. We’ve worked hard to quickly fix this issue and are happy to let you know that it is now resolved!
If you're experiencing this issue, it can be corrected by updating your Trov to the latest version on the app store.
What this means for you:
- If you created a Trov account before Tuesday, August 9th, after updating your Trov, you'll be able to log in with your existing credentials and use your Trov as usual. Any items added between August 9th-11th may need to be re-added.
- If you created a Trov account between Tuesday, August 9th and Thursday August 11th, then you’ll have to update the app, create a new Trov account and re-add any items that you recently added.
