What happens if I lose my phone? Is my Trōv data secure?

We strongly recommend that you secure all your mobile devices with a passcode whether you have a Trōv account or not.

A passcode on your device is the first line of defense to protect ALL your personal information. In the unfortunate situation where your phone is lost or stolen, we recommend you reset your Trōv passcode.

Your Trōv is protected with a secure password of your choice. You can create a 4 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) when creating your Trōv account or by going to your Settings.

Users operating on a compatible device also have the option to create a Touch ID passcode which will allow them to access their Trōv using a fingerprint scan. Contact Trōv Support (support@trov.com) for assistance to reset your passcode using another device.
